Twilight Riflemen are Dark Iron members of the Twilight's Hammer located in Dun Modr in the Wetlands. Most of them are standing on the outskirts of the city, firing at the nearby mountaineers. Several of them seem to have tried attacking Thargas Anvilmar, as their corpses can be seen strewn around him.
