Patch changes

Hotfix (2023-08-10): Fixed an issue that caused Touch of the Magi to not benefit from the damage dealt by [Ring of Fire].
Patch 10.1.5 (2023-07-11): No longer connects to [Improved Prismatic Barrier] or [Arcing Cleave].
Patch 10.1.0 (2023-05-02): Duration increased to 12 seconds (was 10 seconds).
Patch 10.0.2 (2022-11-15): Icon changed (was ).
Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25):
- Now accumulates 20% (was 25%) of damage dealt to the target for 10 seconds (was 8 seconds). Cast time is now instant (was 1.5 seconds).
- Now a row 7 Arcane talent (was a level 33 ability). Rank 2 effects are now baseline.
Hotfix (2022-08-24): Fixed an issue causing Touch of the Magi to do less damage than intended in Fated raids.
Hotfix (2020-12-18): Will no longer replicate increased damage taken bonuses from the target.
Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): No longer a Talent and is learned by all Arcane Mages at level 33 (was level 90). Touch of the Magi has been redesigned – Applies Touch of the Magi to your current target, accumulating 25% of the damage you deal to the target for 8 seconds, and then exploding for that amount of Arcane damage to the target and reduced damage to all nearby enemies. Generates 4 Arcane Charges on cast and has a 45 second cooldown.
Previous effect: [Arcane Blast] has a 10% chance to apply Touch of the Magi, accumulating 15% of the damage you deal to the target for 8 sec, and then exploding for that amount of Arcane damage to the target and all nearby enemies.
