Duchess Mynx at Keeper's Respite in Korthia also sells it for 2,000 to players with crafting professions at honored standing with the Death's Advance. It teaches blacksmiths, leatherworkers, jewelcrafters, and tailors how to craft the  [Vestige of Origins].
