Tina Kelatara is a temporary flight master who spawns in Warspear Outpost, Ashran, upon the defeat of the Horde faction leader High Warlord Volrath. She will fly Alliance players back to Stormshield Stronghold, providing an opportunity to escape to safety before the zone and its NPCs reset.
