Time-Touched Daisies are flowers found in the Bronze Enclave in Valdrakken. Scalecommander Cindrethresh uses them to make fireworks for Emberthal's Visage Day. They are also looted from 
[Basket of Draconic Flowers] and have a hidden use effect, altering the visuals of the user for five minutes: 
Time-Touched Daisy — Even unprocessed, the powerful magic of the Time-Touched Daisy's petals have left you feeling a little out of time.
