Patch changes

Hotfix (2024-09-27): Fixed an interaction issue with Tidal Waves and [Chain Heal]. Chain Heal will no longer sometimes not generate a charge of Tidal Waves.
Patch 1.15.4 (2024-09-24): Now applied to Chain Heal, reducing its cast time by 15%.
Hotfix (2024-04-08): Will now always apply its increase in [Healing Wave] case spell, even if the Healing Wave was spell queued.
Patch 1.15.2 (2024-04-02): Added.
