    • Can be useful as an emergency heal, but not generally worth keeping a charge of TFT for.
  • [Renewing Mist]'s duration is increased by 10 sec.
    • Generally one of the better effects in raid content, as ReM uptime and duration are important.
  • [Vivify] costs no mana.
  • [Rising Sun Kick]'s cooldown reduced by 9 sec
  • [Essence Font]: Channels 100% faster.
  • [Expel Harm]: Transfers 25% additional healing into damage and creates a Chi Cocoon absorbing (16% of total Health) damage.

Patch changes

  • Dragonflight Patch 10.2.5 (2024-01-16): Now has additional functionality with [Expel Harm], causing it to transfer 25% more healing to damage and create a Chi Cocoon on yourself.
  • Dragonflight Patch 10.0.7 (2023-03-21): Now causes [Enveloping Mist] to become instant cast in addition to its current effect.
  • Dragonflight Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Now a row 3 Mistweaver talent (was a level 23 Mistweaver ability). Now affects [Vivify], [Rising Sun Kick], and [Essence Font] at baseline. Rank 2 removed.
  • Shadowlands Patch 9.1.0 (2021-06-29): Fixed an issue that caused Thunder Focus Tea to not increase the healing of [Tear of Morning]'s Enveloping Mist heal on allies with [Renewing Mist].
  • Shadowlands Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Now learned at level 23 (was 54). Rank 2 now learned at level 25 (was 63).
  • Battle for Azeroth Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): No longer affects [Effuse] or Essence Font. Rank 2 now also reduces the cooldown of Rising Sun Kick.
  • Legion Patch 7.2.5 (2017-06-13): Thunder Focus Tea now causes Essence Font to channel 100% faster.
  • Legion Hotfix (2017-06-20): The second stack of Thunder Focus Tea (with [Focused Thunder] talent) now correctly affects Essence Font.
  • Legion Hotfix (2017-03-07): Casting [Enveloping Mist] while channeling [Soothing Mist] no longer consumes Thunder Focus Tea.
  • Legion Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): Redesigned: Receive a jolt of energy, empowering your next spell cast. Effects vary depending on the spell. Now learned at level 54 (was 66).
    Old: Receive a jolt of energy, doubling healing done by your next Surging Mist, or causing your next Renewing Mist to jump 2 additional times.
  • Warlords of Draenor Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14): No longer costs Chi, causes the next Renewing Mist to jump up to 2 times (instead of causing the next [Uplift] to refresh the duration of Renewing Mists on all targets). Its effect on Surging Mist remains unchanged.
  • Mists of Pandaria Patch 5.2.0 (2013-03-05): It is no longer possible to use Thunder Focus Tea while silenced.
  • Mists of Pandaria Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Added.
