Three-Tooth is what the Bristleback quilboar call their matriarch. She's been twisting the thorns of this crazy jungle to her own ends, and it was her orders that Ambassador Gaines be "torn apart and fed to the overgrowth." Corporal Teegan orders to kill her and the Deviate Crones she's been training, to ensure nobody else can take her place. Using a 
[Bramblestaff] on her summons a Merciless Jungle Vine that grabs and squishes her.
Abilities
Entangling Roots — Entangles an enemy in roots, inflicting Nature damage every 3 sec. and immobilizing it for up to 5 sec.
Summon Vine with Ground Burst — Summons a Merciless Jungle Vine.
Wrath — Causes Nature damage to the target.

Before Shadowlands, the following also appeared randomly:

When grabbed by the vine, she would say:
- They come... <Snort> Pretty <race>, yes? So pretty...
- EeeKKeech - it stings! It crushes! <She/He> tricked us, kills <her/him>, kill!
