Thrallmar Grunts are orcs, jungle trolls, and tauren who stand guard at Thrallmar, Spinebreaker Post, and Reaver's Fall in Hellfire Peninsula. Max-level versions of these guards will spawn if PvP enabled NPC's are engaged.
Abilities
Dismounting Blast — Knocks an enemy back, forcing it to dismount.
Mortal Strike — Inflicts 150% weapon damage to an enemy and leaves it wounded, reducing the effectiveness of any healing by 50% for 5 sec.
Shoot — Shoots at an enemy, inflicting Physical damage.
Snap Kick — Inflicts damage to an enemy, stunning it for 2 sec.
