1. Reach Artifact Knowledge level 6.
2. There are different mobs in the Broken Isle zones you need to do a one time [Polymorph] on:
   • Azsuna - Cliffwing Hippogryph
   • Highmountain - Highpeak Goat
   • Stormheim - Plains Runehorn Calf
   • Suramar - Heartwood Doe
   • Val'sharah - Wild Dreamrunner
3. Each day a Volatile Sheep has a chance to appear next to you in the Order Hall. Click it until it explodes. When you do, Extremely Volatile Stormheim Sheep will say "..."
4. Head to Stormheim and find it; it can spawn in several places throughout the easternmost landmass. Click it until it explodes. When you do, Enraged Volatile Elwynn Sheep will say "..."
5. Head to the Tower of Azora in Elwynn Forest and meet Cote "Shepherd" Metcalf.
6. Help him defeat the Enraged Elwynn Sheep and Enraged Volatile Elwynn Sheep, witness another part of the event, and then kill him.
7. Loot The Woolomancer's Charge!
