The Unseen Guests Among Us is provided by the Primus for 
[60] Dread Tidings and [60] Convoy of the Covenants. Deliver it first to Prince Renathal at Dawnkeep in Sinfall, then later to the Stonewright.

Prince Renathal,
The unseen guests walk among us once again.
We have not ascertained their long term goals, nor are we aware of how long it has been since they returned to the Shadowlands, if indeed they ever truly left.
What is more, we have need of a new Sigil of the Venthyr. The one held by Denathrius was given to the Jailer. A new one might be forged should you complete your plan of uniting the Medallions of the Harvesters.
I have dispatched this Maw Walker and a Baroness of the House of Eyes with experience in hunting nathrezim. I would ask for you to introduce them to the Harvester of Wrath.
We are out of time for niceties and the Shadowlands needs the Harvester of Wrath to join a side. I expect no failure.
