Notes

Karanosh spawns at ^[42, 36] in front of the entrance to the Heart of Fear in the Clutches of Shek'zeer and patrols to the north along the trail. She drops  [Enormous Kunchong Mandibles], which starts this quest.

A level 90 elite kunchong, she has 2,363,000 health and the following special ability:

• Corrosive Resin 40 yd range — Spits a bolt of resin at an enemy, creating a pool that inflicts Nature damage every second. 2 sec cast. Uninterruptible. Triggers... (7 sec cooldown)
  • Corrosive Resin — Nature damage inflicted every second to all enemies within 4 yards. Ticks for 23,000 Nature.

She melees for upwards of 30,000 on cloth, so watch out!
