Temporal Investi-gator

Temporal Investi-gator is a crocolisk located in Eon's Fringe in Thaldraszus. To make him spawn, first complete Melly Teletone's questline starting with [70] Time, Signature. After completing [70] Feats Per Minute, head back to Everywhen Inn and talk to Melly to obtain [Melly's Metronographer+++]. Head downstairs to Bartender Bob and use the Metronographer, which summons Bartender Blob. Buy [Infinitea] from the ooze, then quickly head (30 seconds duration!) to the waterfall outside Eon's Fringe at ^{[54.6, 85.8]} and drink the tea there to summon a Time-Soaked Clock. Activating the clock summons the crocolisk.

Abilities

Chomp — Inflicts Physical damage to an enemy every 3 sec for 9 sec.
Chomp — Reduces an enemy's armor by 10% for 9 sec.
Feeding Frenzy — Inflicts 6 Physical damage to an enemy every 1.5 sec for 6 sec.
Rewind — Healing for 10% of max health every 1 sec.
