What is this template for? --Gengar orange 22x22.png Fandyllic (talk · contr) 1:11 AM PST 5 Jan 2008

To replace all the other templates which use this format. Unfortunately, it doesn't work atm, even though it was basically copy-pasted from the equivalent template at en.wikipedia.org. I've asked for help in that regard. --Sky (t | c | w) 10:15, 5 January 2008 (UTC)

State is broken

State= doesn't seem to work. The docs for this template need to be fixed or the template does. Having a possibly widely used template with bad docs is extra bad. --Gengar orange 22x22.png Fandyllic (talk · contr) 4:22 PM PST 23 May 2008

I copied and pasted this from wikipedia. your attempt at using it was incorrect. --Sky (t · c · w) 23:34, 23 May 2008 (UTC)

Templates still to be converted

These templates need converting (sometimes due to complexity):

Visible <font/> tags

In the Parameter list section, at listn, some <font/> tags are visible. They look like an attempt to prevent the wiki from interpreting the example text. I think a <nowiki> tag is in order there. --Hops Splurt (talk) 10:49, 5 March 2009 (UTC)

trouble with Template:Navbox with collapsible groups

I'm the bureaucrat over at E-Wrestling Encyclopedia and I tried your coding. At this template page, I found out that the group list shows while collapsed when you click the main show\hide link. What can be fixed? Thanks. Sundogs E-Wrestling Encyclopedia | Soap Operas Wiki 20:37, 11 June 2009 (UTC)

I followed the instructions like they are and I already have the navbox code in (but I added a second navbox code). Since I have 2 sets of navbox codes in the mediawiki:Common.js and someone edit the navbox codes and now I deleted the extra coding. Now when I checked the link from previous post, it happen what I described in the first post. What can we do about this? Sundogs E-Wrestling Encyclopedia | Soap Operas Wiki 22:26, 13 June 2009 (UTC)

Navbox help

Over at E-Wrestling Encyclopedia Wiki, I have a problem with the navbox. The page is located at here. How do I get the proper settings down right like Wikipedia has them?

Thanks

Issue with using a navbox with more than 4 lists in a child navbox

I'm trying to make a nav template for WC3RoC-logo.png melee items, with child navboxes for each class (Permanent, Charged, etc.) which is then divided into levels (1-8). Everything was working fine until I got to adding level 5 for the first class category, at which point the whole template box appears to break. If I take out the 5th level section, it appears fine again. Anyone know what the issue might be?

Extra space

Since fixing errors manually is now not allowed, could this be edited so that when there's an extra space after the asterisk it doesn't create an extra space after the parenthesis "( Text)" in the templates? --Mordecay (talk) 18:00, 30 April 2018 (UTC)

Its not that it is not allowed, it is best to fix this "issue" from the source instead of editing all the templates that uses it. — SurafbrovWarcraft Wiki administrator T / C 18:06, 30 April 2018 (UTC)
Yeah. Plus that it is yours (you created it) and you want to keep the space after asterisks there. What a wiki spirit :P --Mordecay (talk) 18:10, 30 April 2018 (UTC)
