Stacking number
While a good attempt, the stacking number ability of this template is inferior to that of the WoW client because the client uses a black outline around the number. While the number remains readable at fairly large sizes, using this template, I cannot recommend it for use on the smaller sizes. --Eirik Ratcatcher (talk) 17:17, 3 July 2008 (UTC)
Problem with Bouquet of Red Roses
Not sure if it's the icon, or because the link is uncommon.

Changes
can i get this code implemented, por favor? i decided to mess around with this template some more, beyond just changing the numbers like i initially intended. changes include...
- made the stack number (almost) match the in-game version, visually
- automated the number's position with percentages instead of fixed values
- forced the div to match the icon in size, so float:center and float:none will no longer leave the stack number in the middle of nowhere
- removed the blacknum parameter because it doesn't appear on any page besides this template and its documentation
- made it a bit less repetitive by moving some #if statements around
- added labels in the code so i could quit editing the wrong number q:
hopefully i haven't missed anything. in testing, it seems to behave the same as the current version in all ways, except for the current version's float issue —Eithris (talk) 03:53, 15 April 2020 (UTC)
sorry to be a pain here, but i have one final change. in the IMAGE line, can you replace [[File:{{lc:{{{1|inv_misc_questionmark}}}}}
with [[File:{{#if:{{{1|}}}|{{lc:{{{1}}}}}|inv_misc_questionmark}}
? just a small thing to prevent issues if 1 is given a blank value. ty —Eithris (talk) 23:04, 16 April 2020 (UTC)
