Taming the Beast (Draenei 2) is the second pet taming quest in the chain of three for hunters in the Draenei starting area of Azuremyst Isle. It has the hunter capture a Greater Timberstrider for use as a pet.
Objectives
Use the 
[Taming Totem] to befriend a Greater Timberstrider and return to Huntress Kella Nightbow.
Description
The crawler was undoubtedly mean, but the timberstrider will test your resolve. More powerful allies require more tenacity from the hunter.
Take this taming totem and befriend a greater timberstrider. They are found in the northern reaches of Azuremyst Isle.
Progress
The timberstrider is a powerful bird, often misjudged by predators with dire results.
Completion
Looks like the timberstrider didn't peck your eyes out.
