Talk:World of Warcraft: Alliance

This info seems to be unsourced, but according to some forum posts, World of Warcraft: Alliance has become World of Warcraft: Dark Riders, and obviously appears to be dealing with the Dark Riders of Deadwind Pass, which we now get out first look at. Finally. They do not look unlike ye olde Horde death knights. Mardigan is also shown to be afflicted with the worgen curse on the cover. Bob the Nailer (talk) 13:35, 22 July 2011 (UTC)

Given that this was ultimately released as Dark Riders, is there any real reason to maintain this as a separate page? It seems to me that all the info should be on Dark Riders, with a note that it was originally intended to be part of a larger World of Warcraft: Alliance comic series. Likewise for World of Warcraft: Horde and Bloodsworn. --

Merge?

Is there a particular reason for merging Dark Riders with this? If Alliance is the name of the series, and Dark Riders is part of that series, isn't the M.O. to have separate articles? The comic series has separate pages for separate issues after all.--Hawki (talk) 04:41, 25 May 2014 (UTC)

And is it a part of the "series"? I don't think that World of Warcraft: Alliance (or Horde) is a thing anymore as it hasn't been referenced since that panel. It seems to me that both, Dark Riders and Bloodsworn are... standalone? If we are to move this page, we should probably add a note that it was initially planned to be a series called Alliance / Horde. If they will ever touch that idea and revive it, the two pages can be recreated again. --Mordecay (talk) 17:08, 10 January 2015 (UTC)
Dark Riders is the first part of what was going to be the Alliance series before it was canceled. Unless there's any indication that the series is going to ever continue, though, I see no reason not to merge this into Dark Riders and just have a note at the bottom that it was originally going to be a series. -- Dark T Zeratul (talk) 02:53, 11 January 2015 (UTC)
