Can we assume this is a weaker Shadra avatar?

Yeah pretty much like the Avatar of Hakkar... All primal gods in this game have their "avatar" form and their actual being. The Aqir are supposed to be avatars of C'Thun and they appear nothing like him/it.

Size

...Did they really shrink her to a normal size...or is that just a bug? Then again...the question is, is she still elite? Her new size isn't cited as a bug, but it has something to do with the level 'normalisation' they did a while back on mobs. She still hits harder than a wrecking ball though. It is rather sad to see her so small as back in the mid-fifties she was something of a trophy kill.Metalmonkey (talk)

Uncited Lore

Specifically the quote, "Shadra is also the name of the spider aspect of the troll blood god, Hakkar the Soulflayer." Considering that her priestess is being enslaved in Zul'Gurub, and the one tablet regarding her we have makes no reference to her as a blood god, or soul flayer, or anything of the sort, I think it's safe to say that this is no longer true (assuming at one point it might have been).

Jungle or Forest Loa?

Slightly confused as Shadra is part of the Jungle Troll pantheon, but the Witherbark who worship her are Forest trolls, are they not? Metalmonkey (talk)

While certain groups of trolls may worship certain loa gods more often, the loa are, as a whole, worshiped by all trolls everywhere, regardless of which type they are. -- Dark T Zeratul (talk) 19:15, March 10, 2010 (UTC)
