Changed "Fire Naga" to 'Flamewakers'. As per the Flamewaker article: "Fire Naga is not supported anywhere in the game, and has been labelled purely out of a similar model. No evidence outside their aesthetic appearance suggests any relation between the two races." --Nyquill 18:59, 21 September 2006 (EDT)

Alliance?

Where in lore is said that Shadowforge City belongs to the Alliance? As far as I know there is nothing like that. So no, the city do NOT belongs to the Alliance. You know it can be destroyed, abandoned whatever... Blizzard told nothing about Shadowforge, so please, stop make your own lore.--Mordecay (talk) 09:06, 8 January 2012 (UTC)

Yea, I really would like a citation on that. It's probably in the shattering or Fire and Iron. The idea is believable but Im a lore hound and I have never heard of that. I don't recall it being anywhere, but feel free to look.--SWM2448 01:25, 9 January 2012 (UTC)
While not specifically stated, it's highly likely if not a bit obvious given various pieces of information. One, Following the death of Dagran Thaurissan, Moira did not return to Ironforge, rather she stayed in Shadowforge City. When she does return, It's with a legion of Dark irons at her back. Considering she was left in the City, and then comes back with Dark irons, it's safe to assume that's where her faction of the Dark Iron clan is located, Especially since she had a child and I find it highly unlikely she'd keep him around an unsafe environment. Secondly, while Blackrock Depths is obviously a non-cannon instance (I really don't think that needs to be explained.), The surrounding areas assert that there is the Dark irons are still heavy in presence here. If the dark irons are heavy in presence near shadowforge, And that's where Moira and her dark irons came from. Then that's her faction more than likely. And with her representation on the council of three hammers, Shadowforge city is VERY LOOSELY affiliated with the Alliance. --Whitedragon254 (talk) 04:51, 16 January 2012 (UTC)
Ye nice theories, but as long as Blizzard told nothing about it, you can not put your ideas into the article. Or at least tag it as a Speculation...--Mordecay (talk) 14:10, 16 January 2012 (UTC)
We don't know what the city's current status is. It is as simple as that.--SWM2448 03:40, 18 January 2012 (UTC)

Shadowforge clan ?

The link Shadowforge clan lead to Shadowforge city. Could we not create a section for the clan or add it on this page ?—The preceding unsigned comment was added by Dawn (talk · contr).

I am not sure the Shadowforge clan exists, beyond being the family name of a dead thane. It is a label that several Dark Irons have in their name. It is specifically a clan only if we want to make an organization page saying that it is, unless there is something that says so.--SWM2448 19:29, 13 April 2013 (UTC)
The quests A [35] A Dwarf and His Tools, A [45D] The Lost Tablets of Will, A [40D] Amulet of Secrets and A [40] Prospect of Faith specifically mention the Shadowforge clan. It seems the mobs in Badlands and Uldaman were of the clan. I'm thus in favor of creating the page. It would be in length of the Angerforge clan if their activities in Badlands are included. --Mordecay (talk) 17:19, 8 April 2016 (UTC)
Agreed. The "Shadowforge" bit of the mobs in badlands shouldn't be linking to the very city of Shadowforge. PeterWind (talk) 12:46, 17 June 2016 (UTC)
