Tel Abim?

Tel'Abim could well be Pandaria. The only thing we know of Tel'Abim are it's bananas, suggesting the isle to be a tropical place, which I would imagine Pandaria to be. Tel'Abim could be the Zandali name perhaps. User:Cierran/Sig 13:21, 16 June 2008 (UTC)

I believe you are looking the wrong direction. Essentially all we know about Pandaria was it was apparently founded before the Sundering of the world. It seems it has always been an island when they founded it. Since Tel Abim is located in an area that was once deep continent it wouldn't fit the idea of being a presundering island. Since the entire continent of old Kalimdor needs to be taken into account this means that Pandaria would have to be outside of the current Kalimdor and Eastern Kingdoms. East of eastern kingdoms and west of the Kalimdor basically. It could possibly be south of the extent of old continent of Kalimdor, but not likely north of Northrend.
One should consider such facts as the Pandaran colony in the Stonetalon Mountains being in western Kalimdor, and that current Pandarens were visiting Kalimdor before they reached the Eastern Kingdoms. These bits of information would imply that the island must be closer to west side of Kalimdor, than the Eastern Kingdoms.Baggins (talk) 19:54, 2 July 2008 (UTC)

Mists of Pandaria?

There is no word from blizzard AusThor thunder

It is publicly viewable for anyone who wants to do a search on it. Even if Blizzard hasn't announced it, it's still there, so it stays on the article. Beside, we don't want people to edit rampantly. --g0urra[T҂C] 08:37, 3 August 2011 (UTC)

Is Pandaria canon?

Since almost all of the information regarding Pandaren and Pandaria is from the RPG, can it really be considered canon to the lore. Chen Stormstout and random heroes from Warcraft 3 are the exception but they never actually make any direct references to their culture.AhotahThunderhorn (talk) 05:22, 21 October 2011 (UTC)

The location is considered canon, it's name has been mentioned in WC3. Everything about the place however is from the RPGs, as such everything in the RPGs have already been placed under the RPG tag. Zandalari Isle = Zandalar?

We know that Zandalar is located directly north of Pandaria, and with Blizzard's knack to changing area shapes and sizes (See: Gilneas, Tol Barad), is it possible that the Zandalari Isle on the map is Zandalar?—The preceding unsigned comment was added by Kookamooka (talk · contr).

It is possible, but it may be just south of it also.--SWM2448 01:44, 4 November 2011 (UTC)
I suspect it's just an island with Zandalari trolls on it, but there's no way to know for sure yet. -- Dark T Zeratul (talk) 01:59, 4 November 2011 (UTC)
Given that Pandaria has gone unnoticed for eons, I highly doubt a major force of trolls didn't notice them, if they were just a swim away. Snake.gifSssssssssssssssssssssssss Coobra sig3.gifFor Pony! (Sssss/Slithered) 03:07, 4 November 2011 (UTC)

The island north of Townlong

We know very little about the area at the moment, but I've been thinking about it for a while. Is it good to make a stub article for now, and later if something pops up - expand it? User:Matix/sign 12:48, 2 April 2012 (UTC)

Thrall

"Due to the above, Thrall may in fact be the first non-native of Pandaria to see the island.".
This should be removed now, since we learned of the mogu and zandalari working together Inv helmet 44.pngIconSmall Vincent.gif The Artist Formerly Known As, MoneygruberTheGoblinMind your manners (talk contribs) 00:09, 6 May 2012 (UTC)
