Rewrite (3/20/09)

I've completely rewritten the pages relevant to the passenger-carrying mammoth mounts and the the Engineering motorcycle mounts to reflect the changes that have been made since the last few patches, as well as debunk some falsities concerning the nature of the mounts and their abilities. These changes have been applied to the following pages:

• Reins of the Traveler's Tundra Mammoth (Horde) for the Horde faction.
• Reins of the Traveler's Tundra Mammoth (Alliance) for the Alliance faction.
• Reins of the Grand Ice Mammoth (Horde) for the Horde faction.
• Reins of the Grand Ice Mammoth (Alliance) for the Alliance faction.
• Reins of the Grand Black War Mammoth (Horde) for the Horde faction.
• Reins of the Grand Black War Mammoth (Alliance) for the Alliance faction.
• Mechano-hog for the Horde faction.
•  [Mekgineer's Chopper] for the Alliance faction.

Fall damage

 [Mekgineer's Chopper] says (as of 20-Apr-2009): "This vehicle takes all the fall damage, will be destroyed if enough damage is done...", but Mechano-hog does not. Is this an oversight or an actual difference? --Beware the sneaky smile! Fandyllic (talk · contr) 6:15 PM PST 20 Apr 2009

I don't know about the Mekgineer's Chopper, but the Mechano-hog does not take fall damage anymore. They seem to have changed that with patch 3.1.0. I know it used to, but it no longer does. I found that out after I rode off the wyvern tower in Orgrimmar. --Jpsblue 01:20, 21 April 2009 (UTC)

Seems I didn't look throughout the whole article when I took out the outdated info in the notes section. Oh, and Jpsblue... you need to fix that sig, or not subst it, cause having that much come out of it for a simple race icon image... thats too much. Sssssssssssssssssssssssss For Pony! Move to Mechano-Hog?

Aye it was renamed, probably when cataclysm was released. Thanks for pointing this out. You could also feel free to make the corrections and using the move option as well.
