Ruler of Kul Tiras

Is this actually set in stone? A discussion on the official forums made me go check the What's Next panel, and Afrasiabi actually just says she's the leader of the Proudmoore house, and Kul Tiras isn't a monarchy. ReignTG (talk) 19:42, 12 November 2017 (UTC)

From what I gathered, she rules the capital. This would indicate her ruling the whole thing, but I have to admit it's not directly stated. --Aquamonkeyeg (talk) 10:26, 13 November 2017 (UTC)
