From MMO-champion: -- "Proudmoore Admiralty - Name changed from "House Proudmoore (8.0)" to "Proudmoore Admiralty". Masters of the sea and commanders of Azeroth's finest navy, the distinguished Proudmoore family has led Kul Tiras for decades from their seat of power in Boralus." I think that's just the reputation and not the lore name for the family. Probably best to have them as separate pages. ReignTG (talk) 22:23, 13 February 2018 (UTC)
Ah, you're probably right. TBH that's why I hesitated in posting here first before putting a {{Move}} template. Still, Admiralty sounds nice since they are Lord Admirals :p Xporc (talk) 22:26, 13 February 2018 (UTC)

Marines and guards

I think the original comment was just implying that the marines and city guards answered to the Kul Tiran government, and that the Proudmoores were the government, not that the military would be forever loyal to the house. Xporc (talk) 07:18, 17 April 2018 (UTC)

Lord Admiral

Katherine stepped down as Lord Admiral of Kul Tiras. Would that really mean that Katherine is also no longer ruler of the House? --Mordecay (talk) 18:53, 21 August 2018 (UTC)

In a noble setting she'd not have been the leader to begin with. Unless there was some weird incest, she's not a blood-related proudmoore, leadership would've gone to Tandred and Katherine would only be a regent. But that aside, yes. She's forfeiting her title which also means she'd be forfeiting her place as leader of the House as, in this case, it's the peerage title that House Proudmoore holds. When she was handing it to Ashvane she was doing it under a pretense similar to retirememt Technically speaking Tandred should have gotten both but Gender doesn't seem to matter bin kul Tiras like it did irl. (Assuming Jainas older than Tandred). --Berenal (talk) 20:08, 21 August 2018 (UTC)
I don't know about that. Katherine was also previously about to give Ashvane her position of Lord Admiral of Kul Tiras, yet I doubt this would have made Ashvane the leader of House Proudmoore. We could just wait a bit, maybe it'll get mentioned.-- MyMindWontQuiet 16:23, 22 August 2018 (UTC)
