That's typically because there are multiple versions for different races (in the example you linked, there are six different racial quests named "Arcane Missiles"). If there's only one version for an Alliance race, and one for a Horde race, easier to just disambig them by faction. -- Dark T Zeratul (talk) 20:43, 23 October 2023 (UTC)
