Previous stats

I found the item on this site here, not a site I ever used myself before, but the stats are there.

That website isn't good as for what it's affiliated with. But I've also came across this site with a simple Google search. — SurafbrovWarcraft Wiki administrator T / C 07:28, 30 December 2014 (UTC)
Maybe it's just my end, but that link keeps resulting in a blank page even with all my browser addons disabled. I did find an old WoW Insider article that does confirm that it was a relic and did have dodge on it, though. -- Alayea (talk / contrib) 20:36, 30 December 2014 (UTC)
On the site with the white screen, if you just go to the mainpage and write "halted" you can hover the quicksearch suggestion to see the stats. They are identical to the ones in the first link, the only difference being that in the second link it has a prismatic socket instead of red socket. In general, what do we do with the now defunct relics? Do we have 2 Item boxes, one with the now grey item, and one with how they were? Or do we only keep the grey item box and just the note the highlights of the previous stats? PeterWind (talk) 23:38, 30 December 2014 (UTC)
You guys aren't the only ones getting the white screen. What if just make a new article with (old) at the end of it? and link it to this article? — SurafbrovWarcraft Wiki administrator T / C 04:49, 1 January 2015 (UTC)
Afer doing doing some more research both here and elsewhere, I agree that it would have had a prismatic socket. The red socket wouldn't make sense for Halted Clock when comparing to other relic slot items in its range. -- Alayea (talk / contrib) 08:13, 1 January 2015 (UTC)
Alayea, you are after all correct accordingly to our friend: Wayback Machine. And apparently the item icon was changed from what it was back in November 2010. Though I still think the item from the past and what-it-is-now should be here on the wiki. — SurafbrovWarcraft Wiki administrator T / C 13:13, 1 January 2015 (UTC)
From what I understand, deprecated items and whatnot are generally kept as they were prior to the change. Sometimes I've seen an exception made, such as  [Fire Spirit] when it became  [Dead Fire Spirit]. -- Alayea (talk / contrib) 08:13, 1 January 2015 (UTC)

Icon

The item was added on patch 4.0.3a which was released on November 23, 2010. During that time, the icon was File:Inv shield 56.png. According to Wayback Machine, the icon was changed sometime between January 23, 2011 to March 26, 2011. The only patches released during that time was 4.0.6, 4.0.6a, and 4.1.0 (according to Public client builds. One of these patches applied the change to the icon which was changed to File:Spell_nature_timestop.png. — SurafbrovWarcraft Wiki administrator T / C 02:49, 2 January 2015 (UTC)
