I heard blizzard would update this talent to give 150% damage if you use daggers (sensibly balancing the talent as normalisation for daggers is about 1/1.5 that of other weapons (1.7/2.6 in fact) but I can't see any sign of this in the patch notes.. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Doomcaster15159 (talk · contr).

Shouldn't "==Talent Improvement==
