Talk:Culling of Stratholme

How do we determine what is and isn't canon when it comes to The Culling Stratholme? Because Rise of the Lich King doesn't say people turned while they did in Warcraft III and in Wrath of the Lich King.—The preceding unsigned comment was added by BigBadBruin343 (talk · contr).

Generally, when a thing isn't mentioned in one canon source, but is in other then it should be canon and all sources should be reconciled (unless the newer source directly contradicts the information, but absence of it shouldn't be counted as a retcon). In this case, World of Warcraft: Chronicle Volume 3, pg. 48, says the Stratholme citizens consumed tainted grain and "it was only a matter of time before the plague transformed them into mindless undead." --Mordecay (talk) 22:02, 22 February 2019 (UTC)
