Misleading Order of Events

The article states that Arugal fled to Shadowfang Keep before he summons the Worgen. This would imply that it was already Shadowfang Keep and that Arugal killed all the previous residents before the Worgen. The Shadowfang Keep article states (whilst quoting Blizzaard) that the Worgen seiged the keep.--Itsonlyspen (talk) 07:06, 23 July 2009 (UTC)

Did Arugal have Vincent killed in-game? I've been to SFK several times and have never seen the scene described here play out; Vincent's always lying on the ground in the courtyard by the time I get there. I've only seen it when I was the first one in. By the time everyone's finished loading, the scene has usually played out.

On the topic of Arugal's master (and this is pure speculation, mind you), is it possible he and the worgen are worshipping some perverted form of Elune? After all, one of the worgen in Silverpine (possibly a roaming Son of Arugal?) says something along the lines of "You will die for defying our Moonrage!" No mention of the Scourge. Take a look also at the titles of the Worgen- "Moonrage" for the ones in Silverpine (the notable exceptions being the odd Son of Arugal), and "Moonwalker" for the ones in the courtyard who cast that annoying anti-magic bubble. Finally, after the defeat of Fenrus, what does Arugal send? Not undead slaves... but a swarm of voidwalkers? That's strikingly un-Scourgelike.

Short of making him into the Headless Horseman, how in the world can you bring back a guy whose head gets delivered to a bunch of angry dead guys as a trophy? (And for that matter, what form will his resurrection take?) --Joshmaul (talk) 10:23, 10 May 2008 (UTC)

Who knows, Scourge magic can probably accomplish anything these days. As for his resurrection appearance, I'm guessing he'll take some sort of Undead from. Sorry for the vague answer :) Warchiefthrall (talk) 10:27, 10 May 2008 (UTC)

No doubt Dalar Dawnweaver is a traitor, he returns to shadowfang keep with the head, transports to the lich king who is interested in worgen and brings Arugal back to life to continue his work. The Speech with Vincent

Two things I found puzzling in that little speech w/ Deathstalker Vinny. One, he mentions a master. Could it be he's already working for the LK before his transport to Northrend. Two, he says Vincent's remains will serve. Is that another reference to servitude of the LK, because like everyone you hear of that serves him is somehow into necromancy.   Mr.X8 Talk Contribs 20:42, 17 May 2008 (UTC)

I can't speak for his Master, but the line about Vincent's remains serving him is clear: his ravaged body, lying at the gates of the castle, is a warning to any who enter about what their fate will be if they defy Arugal. -- Dark T Zeratul (talk) 20:59, 17 May 2008 (UTC)

Given what we now know in Cataclysm and Curse of the Worgen, Arugal's unseen Master is likely King Genn Greymane of Gilneas. Gilneas rightfully feared an invasion by the Forsaken, and so Arugal may be trying to interrogate Vincent for information to that end. Genesis (talk)
