Health or mana

Can someone explain to me that if I must edit the amount of health or mana of a NPC when it isn't the same in wowhead. For example in this page the health is:85875 but in wowhead it is:86910 Thenewbee1 (talk) 08:03, 26 June 2020 (UTC)

Different numbers are due to the scaling. I guess at the time of creating the page, wowhead had 85,875, and now they have 86,910. Whether it is necessary to change this one, I do not know, but it shouldn't hurt if you want, and it would show the highest number possible.

Sometimes bfa npc pages have different / not matching numbers when dealing with the 110 - 120 (for example 20,000, which is neither a number for 110 or 120) stats and these could be corrected to match the numbers for 110 and 120 but these need to be double-checked in the game, because wowhead is not very reliable on this.
