The quests are given by Quartermaster Miranda Breechlock. She has a Quest for each tier of faction (Friendly, Honored, Revered and Exalted). It requires a turn-in of a large number of Insignia of the Dawn and Crusade. The Quests are:
- Epic Armaments of Battle - Friendly - 110
[Insignia of the Dawn] and 110 
[Insignia of the Crusade] - Epic Armaments of Battle - Honored - 75 [Insignia of the Dawn] and 75 [Insignia of the Crusade]
- Epic Armaments of Battle - Revered - 45 [Insignia of the Dawn] and 45 [Insignia of the Crusade]
- Epic Armaments of Battle - Exalted - 27 [Insignia of the Dawn] and 27 [Insignia of the Crusade]
Other quest rewards are:

[Medallion of the Dawn]- [Amulet of the Dawn]
[The Purifier]
Patch changes
Patch 4.0.3a (2010-11-23): Removed. 
Patch 1.12.0 (2006-08-22):
- This item will no longer trigger from physical damage effects. In addition, if either of the buffs from the item are canceled, they will both be canceled.
[Holy Shock] heals will now trigger the effect from this trinket.
- Patch 1.11.0 (2006-06-19): Added.
