Tactical Retreat is a conduit for hunters. It drops from Huntsman Altimor in Castle Nathria and So'azmi the Tazavesh, the Veiled Market.

It can also drop from various Shadowlands rare spawns, world quests, and Covenant Callings, scaling to your item level.
