The Syntactic Vault is found in a cave beneath the entrance to the Sepulcher of the First Ones in Zereth Mortis. With six stacks of Syllabic Recall obtained from the nearby Runic Syllables, the Syntactic Seal can be dispelled, and the vault accessed.
