Runic Syllable.

Runic Syllables are found on pillars at the Sepulcher of the First Ones in Zereth Mortis. Every rune found will give a stack of Syllabic Recall lasting five minutes, refreshing upon new stacks gained. When all sic runes have been found, the Syntactic Seal can be dispelled and the Syntactic Vault can be accessed.
