Syndicate Watchmen were torch-wielding human lackeys of the sinister criminal organization called the Syndicate. They could be found in the Syndicate controlled areas of Hillsbrad Foothills, Durnholde Keep, and the ruined scout tower immediately south of it. High Executor Darthalia in Tarren Mill had put a bounty on them.
Abilities
Torch Burst — Torches the target, igniting their clothing. Deals Fire damage every 3 sec for 30 sec.
