Notes

"Sword and board" is a slang term used to describe a tank who is using a main-hand weapon and a shield, as opposed to using a two-handed weapon or dual wielding.

Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14): Removed. Effects merged into baseline [Devastate].
Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): No longer increases the critical strike chance of Devastate. Now increases the Rage generated by the proc'd Shield Slam by 5.
