Because Swellthrasher is with the Horde before the recruitment of the Mag'har orcs it's possible that individual members from Laughing Skull from the alternate timeline were already within the Horde. Alternatively, it could mean that, lorewise, the Mag'har recruitment occurred before the Horde invaded Kul Tiras.
