The two Sunwalker Scouts are part of Sunwalker Dezco's expedition to Pandaria. One patrols between the Krasari Ruins and the Horde camp of Thunder Cleft, across the Dojani River, and is targeted by the Alliance. The other one is found dead at Krasarang River.
Abilities
Avenger's Shield — Hurls a holy shield at the enemy, dealing Holy damage, Dazing them and then jumping to additional nearby enemies. Affects 2 total targets.
Consecration — Consecrates the land beneath the caster, dealing Holy damage over 8 sec to enemies who enter the area.
Hammer of Wrath — Hurls a hammer that strikes an enemy for Holy damage.
Objective of

[15-35] Blind Them!. 
[Sunwalker Scout's Report] needs to be obtained from the dead one in 
[15-35] Going West.
