The Sunken Fishing boat is found at [37.2, 26.0] on the bottom of the largest pond in Gloomshade Grove, down at the southwest extent of the area not far from Kuu'rat in northwestern Shadowmoon Valley. It contains 5 
[Parasitic Starfish] and 10-20x 
[Garrison Resources].
