Abilities
Arcane Nova — A blast of arcane energy erupts from the caster, dealing 364 Arcane damage, interrupting spell casts and prevents spells of that school from being cast again for 6 sec.
Enchantment of Spell Haste — Upon casting a spell, increases cast speed by 10%.
Frostbolt — Inflicts Frost damage to an enemy.- Spell Haste — Fills the target with power, increasing its casting speed by 10% for 30 sec.
