Sulfur Wastes

Sulfur Wastes [49, 60] is the southern half of the sulfur-dominated lowlands of Zaralek Cavern, with Acidbite Ravine as the northern half. The wastes surround the Ruins of Drekazera, where the Researchers Under Fire public scenario takes place every hour at the bottom of the hour.

The Sulfur Sprint dragonriding race takes place at [51.3, 46.7] just east of the Gaze of Neltharion.

The wastes are bordered by the Gaze of Neltharion and Acidbite Ravine to the north, Loamm to the northeast, the Crystal Fields to the southeast, Cascades Column to the south, Dragonscale Camp and the Viridian Throne to the southwest, Molten Overflow to the west, and Burning Oasis and Igira's Watch to the northwest.

The northern half of the wastes is patrolled by Sundered Flame packs comprised of cleavers, flamespinners, sentinels, and tarasek fighters. To the south is a titan facility, guarded by automated defense orbs, containment enforcers, contamination guards, contamination investigators, and glittering shard constructs.

Wildlife present includes bilstering shalewings, chittering acidclaws, deep krolusks, silt-horned moths, sulfira deepstriders, sulfira wanderlings, sulfurous vipers, and wildfire swallows.
