Stormwind Orphans are human children located in the orphanage, in the Cathedral Square of Stormwind City. For many of them, their parents have been killed as a result of ongoing conflicts throughout Azeroth. They are raised and taken care of by the orphanage's stewards, Orphan Matron Nightingale and Shellene.
In the Vision of Stormwind, they can be found running about the area near the orphanage. Five of them are gathered behind the building, standing in a pentagram shape around the corpse of Orphan Matron Nightingale. Here they chant while they throw skulls to each other for sport.
