Stormwind Banner is sold by  Corporal Arthur Flew <Stormwind Quartermaster> at the Argent Tournament Grounds in Icecrown for 15 .

Notes

• Spawns a banner with a Stormwind flag at the specified location. It will last for roughly three minutes before despawning.
• This toy shares a cooldown with all other Argent Tournament banners, as well as  [Rustbolt Banner].
• Learning this toy will also teach Horde characters  [Orgrimmar Banner].

Patch changes

• Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14): Quality changed from Common to Rare and added to the Toy Box.
