Starving Ettin is an ettin located in Feathermane Hunting Grounds in Suramar. He's holding a Lost Feathermane Kitten in his left hand. Upon dying, the ettin drops the owlkitten, which promptly despawns.

The owlkitten in his left hand appears to be a separate model, as upon the ettin's death, it is dropped and quickly despawns in mid-fall.
