Spirit lodges are places of quiet contemplation where shaman and witch doctors are known to meditate and refine their mastery of magic.[1]

It is in these buildings that orc Shaman and Troll Witch Doctors were produced.

World of Warcraft

Thunder Bluff contains many spirit lodges.[2] The Hall of Spirits of the Spirit Rise is modeled off of it, and is where monk and shaman trainers are.

Orgrimmar used to have its own Spirit Lodge, where the Darkspear trained priests, but this building didn't survive the Cataclysm.

The Spirit Lodge of Frostwall is a large Draenor garrison building that unlocks the ability for Horde players to collect Ogre Waystones.

Dazar'alor has a parlor called the Lost Spirit Lounge.

In the RPG

The high elf Alayin Glitterhelm murdered an orc far seer to get the Book of Khadgar, which he had in his spirit lodge.[3]
