Spelurk is a rare mistlurker located in the Mysterious Den of Timeless Isle.
In order to summon the mistlurker, players must find one of the 
[Timeless Legends] on the isle, and use the provided bonus ability on the Cave-In. Should players somehow find themselves locked inside the mysterious den, there is a Rock-breaking Hammer on the inside that can be used to break the cave-in as well.
Abilities
Murky Cloud — Expel a murky cloud, dealing 14 Nature damage every 1 sec.
Poison Breath — Inflicts 1 Nature damage to an enemy every 5.2 sec. for 18 sec.
Renewing Mists — A soothing mist heals the caster for 1 every 3 sec. for 12 sec.

To check whether Spelurk has been looted today, copy and paste this command into the chat window:

If a "true" appears in the chat window, Spelurk has been looted today; "false" indicates the opposite.
