Abilities

Chill Out — Transforms the target into a Snowman, stunning them for 6 sec. Transforms nearby players into snowmen after 6 sec sec.
Frostbolt 30 yd range — Reduces the movement speed of the target by 30% for 6 sec. Inflicts Frost damage to an enemy. 2 sec cast. (3 sec cooldown)
Glacier Crush 30 yd range — Inflicts X Frost damage to enemies within 4 yards of the impact. 2 sec cast. (3 sec cooldown)
