Spellreaper was an Azerite trait for death knights. It was removed from the database around the time the Battle for Azeroth beta ended.
Like with [Reap Magic] and 
[Consume Magic], this trait was ultimately given to demon hunters under a new name: [Burning Soul]. One of Spellreaper's spell ID's was even reused for Burning Soul.[1]
