Speed of the Swarm was a pet ability available exclusively to the wasp family of hunter pets, increasing player haste by 5%.

It was functionally identical to the sporebat family's [Energizing Spores] and the hyena family's [Cackling Howl], but surpassed in effectiveness by the [Savage Vigor] of the rylak family, which provides additional Stamina. The [Ancient Hysteria] used by core hounds can provide a much greater boost to haste, but lasts for only a short time.
