Spectral Stable Hands can be found in Karazhan.

Abilities

Healing Touch — Calls upon Nature magic to heal a friendly horse. Can heal Spectral Chargers and Spectral Stallions.
Knockdown — Inflicts Physical damage to an enemy, stunning it for 2 sec.
Pierce Armor — Reduces an enemy's armor by 50% for 10 sec.
Whip Rage — Increases an ally's attack speed by 60% for 30 sec.

These mobs generally accompany Spectral Chargers and Spectral Stallions. Often, they are killed first to avoid their healing of the other mobs. However, they are vulnerable to both [Freezing Trap] and [Shackle Undead].

Reputation: Provides 15 reputation with The Violet Eye.
