Spectral Patrons are human ghosts located in Karazhan.
Abilities
Exhausted — Increases the caster's attack speed by 25% for 12 sec.
Kick — Kicks an enemy for 140 damage, interrupting the spell being cast for 2 sec.
Left Hook — A strong hit that inflicts weapon damage plus 22 and throws the enemy off balance, reducing their chance to hit with physical attacks by 5 for 3 sec.

Dead Broke — Lost their inheritance, increasing damage taken by 50% for 20 sec.
Rabid Fan — Increases melee haste by 50%.
Uppercut — Strikes the target with an uppercut, inflicting Physical damage and knocking them down.
Strategy
These mobs are very similar to the Phantom Guests from the Ballroom. However, they give far superior reputation bonuses.
Reward
Reputation: Provides 15 reputation with The Violet Eye.
